📅 Return/Exchange Timeline
Requests for return or exchange will be accepted only within 7 days from the date of product delivery.
🚫 Conditions for Return
For the product to be eligible for a return/refund, it must meet the following conditions:
The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must be in its original packaging, with the sealing or tags intact.
Opened, used, or unsealed bottles/products will not be accepted for return.
Safety Note:
All our perfumes are packed with utmost safety and caution to ensure the bottle sustains no damage during transit.
💸 Refund Policy
If your return request meets the above conditions, the refund process will be as follows:
1. Deduction of Courier Charges:
A flat amount of ₹160/- will be deducted from the refund amount as two-way courier/shipping charges.
Example: If the product price is ₹1500, you will receive a refund of ₹1500 – ₹160 = ₹1340.
2. Mode of Refund:
The refund amount will be transferred directly to your bank account (Direct Bank Account Transfer).
You will need to provide your bank account details (Account Number, IFSC Code, Account Holder’s Name) for this purpose.
Refund Timeline:
The refund process will be completed within 7 business days after we receive the returned product and it successfully passes the Quality Check.
